Call For Participation

Bringing together junior and experienced researchers from across the globe, the Doctoral Consortium offers students in planning, scheduling and related areas the opportunity to discuss their PhD work-in-progress with fellow students, and junior and senior researchers in the field. It provides a forum for networking with the ICAPS community including mentorship, career guidance, and research skill advice, in an informal, social setting.

The DC will be held as a full day workshop on June 21st. The program includes small discussion groups on topic areas (led by mentors), invited talks on research skills and career development, and a poster session during the main conference, in a session open to all ICAPS participants.

ICAPS has a long track record in supporting student attendance. This year, we are glad to have a general student and junior researcher support fund, so that we can even support recent Post-doc researchers, and students who have already participated in previous DCs.

Applicants to the DC program will be automatically considered for the ICAPS junior researcher support fund and do not need to submit separate applications. Those accepted to the DC will be given special priority for support.
