Summer is the busiest time in Portsmouth, so we recommend making your hotel reservations as early as possible.

Staying at the conference hotel (the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside) will be easiest and most convenient. In addition to being the ICAPS venue, the Sheraton is also just three blocks from the heart of Portsmouth, Market Square. We have reserved a block of rooms at the rate of $199 (one king bed or two double beds, WiFi included). These rates are guaranteed only until May 20, 2014. Pleaes email our hotel contact, Carlos Quinones, with your desired dates and he will handle your reservation.

We suspect that it will not be possible to find a cheaper rate at the Sheraton during the conference period - if you do, please let us know so that the conference gets credit for your attendance in our contractual room block.

NOTE: Sheraton offers government lodging rate, which is significantly lower, so if you have a US Government ID you may want to utilize this.
